Bowron, Sidney Bowron and Thomas Knight, who has been twenty years in their employ, have been charged at Tower Bridge Police Court with conspiracy to obtain £2B/170 by false pretences. London, Later. The Bowrons and Knight are being charged with having conspired to defraud Booth and Company, of Bermondscy. When arrested, John Bowron said: "I am more sinned against than sinning. I have given the official receiver all information." Accused have been remanded for eight days, bail being allowed, Bowrons in £l-000 each, and Knight £-500.
