Herr Von Kiderlen-Wachtcr, Minister for Foreign Affairs, speaking in the Reichstag, said that the situation in Portugal was unsatisfactory regarding private property and the expulsion of German nuns and other Germans. The representations made had been without result, and the Government was considering further action.
