London, March 27. Thirty artisans' houses in Stockwell were raided by burglars on Saturdaynight. INCENDIARIES ACTIVE. Buenos Ayres, March 27. Fires broke out in the remaining Customs houses in the city, but were suppressed. There is evidence that the incendiaries were very determined. AN OLD CHURCH DESTROYED. London, March 27. The beautiful fourteenth century Church of St. Michael's, at Honiton, Devonshire, has been destroyed by fire. STRIKE AT SINGER'S WORKS. London, March 27. The remaining employees of Singer's factory have struck, and the factory has been stopped.
