An electrical storm in Philadelphia, accompanied by a cyclonic wind, wrecked many public and private buildings, mv roofed churches, and broke telephone, lighting and trolley wires. A!! traffic was at a standstill. Not a single death was recorded. MARINE ENQUIRY. Received 28, 10.30 p.m. Sydney, Last Night. The Marine Court inquiry into the wreck of the schooner Australia on February 22, exonerated the master, Captin Hartley, from all blame. WASHED UP FROM THE SEA. Received 28, 10.30 p.m. Melbourne, Last Night. The body of a man, supposed to be one of the crew of the missing yacht Mavis, has been washed ashore. UP-TO-DATE IMMIGRANT SHIP. Received 28, 10.40 p.m. Melbourne, Last Night. The new Aberdeen liner Themistocles, a fine up-to-date vessel, 510 ft. in length and 02ft. beam, with a displacement of 20,000 tons, arrived to-day, bringing 878 passengers. '
