TARANAKI'S OFFICERS. Under the new defence regulations the following appointments for Taranaki! have been made:—Adjutant officer appointed to the infantry brigade battalion, in charge of area group, Lieut. F. H. Lampen, to be station at Stratford; Regimental Sergeant-Major: Ser-geant-Major F. W. Kibblewhite, also to be stationed at Stratford. Non-commissioned officers in charge of' area stations—At New Plymouth, Ser-| geant-Major O. A. Bond; at Stratford' Sergeant-Major J. T. Ballinger; at Ha-' wera, Sergeant-Major C. G. Mahoney. !
