NEW TRIPLE ALLIANCE
CARDINAL MORAN'S PROPOSAL. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Adelaide, March 27. Cardinal Moran, interviewed, warmly favored the referenda. Such a combination-would be able to enforce the claims of peace, and would be the crowning work of Christian civilisation.
