When a Parisian fashion designer creates some new style, it is doubtful if even he foresees its effect oil other parts of dress. For instance, in this issue Messrs. Morey and Son draw attention to the fact that the new costumes necessitated the wearing of new skirts, as the old ones are too full. A line of the latest underskirts is being shown in all the leading colors. The beautiful ranges of autumn bats, costumes, coats, furs, dress materials, and everything to match at Ambury's is attracting large numbers of careful buyers, who are anxious to select their winter outfit while the very latest is on view.
