Writing to a conference of the Fr,ee Church Council, convened to consider what steps should be taken to voice public opinion in favor of Anglo-Ameri-can arbitration, Sir Edward Grey, Minister for Foreign Affairs, suggested the desirability of keeping in touch with the Free Church communities of America, and making clear what was being dotte' in Britain in sympathy with the feeling , in America. A resolution was passed urging the Lord Mayor of London to form a National Committee for the purpose of arranging meetings all over the country. "DREAMS AND HALLUCINATIONS." Berlin, March 23. Professor Schliemann, the Kaiser's confidential adviser on weltpolitilc (world politics), declares that Mr. Taft's and Sir E. Grey's ideas are dreams and hallucinations.
