AMERICAN INVASION PREDICTED. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright Mexico, March 20. It is believed that an American invasion of Mexico is certain unless demands from Washington are granted. INSURGENTS STILL ACTIVE. A WARNING NOTE. Received 21, 11.25 p.m. Mexico City, March 21. Hermisillo is believed to be in danger of a rebel attack, and Federal troops have been despatched. Madero has announced that he is ready to consider peace proposals, but demands first the retirement of President Diaz. The Minister of Finance has arrived in Mexico. He denies that any peace overtures are likely to be made with the rebels, and uttered a warning that a continuance of the insurrection was likely to cause international compliea-
