A LITTLE LONE STRANGER
ADRIFT IN WELLINGTON. By Telegraph.—Prese Association. Wellington, Last Nigty. On the arrival of a train from Dannevirke last evening it was found that among the passengers was a boy, eight years of age, who gave the name of O'Leary. There was no one to meet him at the station, and the only account he could give of himself was that he had come to Wellington to meet his uncle Jim. The' police took charge of the boy, who, however, disappeared from the police station this morning, and has not been discovered since. As he had one shilling and twopence in his pocket, it is thought he may have gone riding on the tramcars. The boy had no hat or boots.
