Elliot and the Misses Pearee and Jones, and Messrs Weston, Stamp, Smith and Joll, assisted by other members of the choir, whilst Messrs Toon and Cole contributed, a violin duet and Mr. Toon demonstrated his veratility by also mystifying the audience with some clever sleight-of-hand tricks. The various items were well rendered, and Messrs Weston, Stamp and Smith, who made their first appearance before a Tikorangi audience, were accorded an excellent reception, each of them having to respond to vociferous encores. The accompanists were Mrs. Prosser and Mr. H. Joll, who, needless to say, performed their parte in their usual artistic manner. After the concert the sale of produce took place, and Messrs Stamp and Smith, acting as salesmen, afforded plenty of amus'ement, and.also succeeded in obtaining good prices. Taken altogether, the festival was most successful, the funds of the church being augmented by the amount of something over £ 10. NORJIANBY. Smith (Waitara) was in excellent voice, and was re-called for his fine rendering of the good old' song, "Three for Jack," and again in the .second part he was forced to respond after singing "My Old Shako." and gave the ever-popular "■Queen of Angels," "Till Dawn," by Miss Eccleslield, was also an excellent number.
