MASTERS' AND OFFICERS' j SALARIES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Merchant Service Guild has decided to cite the New Zealand Shipowners' Federation (not including the Union Company and the Huddart Parker Coihpany) before the Conciliation Council concerning hours and conditions of employment and salaries of masters and officers of the coastal fleet. About 300 men are concerned. The Guild holds a special meeting next Monday to formulate demands.
