BOWLING.
New Plymouth will be represented by the following rinks in their match against West End at the town green to-day, commencing at 2.15:—L. Goldwater, T. Avery, Fraser, McKellar (s); Brookiiig, J. C. Morey, Wood, C. Clark (s); Goodacre, Marks, Govett, Sanderson (s); Rawlings, Sinclair, Luscombe, C. Rundle (s); Waugh, Buxton, Bradbury, Medley (s).
An endeavor is being made to get together a team of bowlers belonging to Taranaki clubs for a trip to Sydney at EasteT. It is proposed to leave Wellington on March 31st. Air. A. K. Smart, who is organising the trip, has already circularised members of clubs, and will be pleased if those able to go will communicate with him by Saturday. Already about half a dozen members of the New Plymouth Club have signified their intention of making ttie journey. It is proposed that, if-possible, the team shall consist of at least four rinks.
