Mr. Tudor is not disposed to agree that there should be free trade between Australia and New Zealand without giving the subject further consideration. He points out that New Zealand killed the last effort to secure reciprocity. If the Dominion desired to re-open negotiations the Government would give favorable attention to the proposal.
