CANADIAN RAILWAYS
A DEVELOPMENT POLICY. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright, Received 12, 5.5 p.m. Ottawa, March 11. Mr. Graham, Minister of Railways, announced 4580 miles of railway are building throughout Canada. The Government has decided to build a railway to Hudson Bay, with the necessary elevators, wharves, and steamships. It is hoped that the route will be of great advantage to the prairie'grain-growers. The total mileage of railways'is 24,731 miles.
