Richard O'Donnell, claim £4 «3 lid, costs 20s; Richard Gribbon v. Samuel Hunter, claim £4, costs 13s; Charles N. Rowe v. Tunga, claim £7 10s, costs £1 15s (id; Dennis George v. Walter Terrill, claim £1 3s, judgment for 13s and 8s costs. In the judgment summons case, Daniel Danielson v. Ernest Buckland, claim £3 12s, an adjournment vte granted (defendant hating paid £1 10s off the claim) to enable him to meet the balance. Owing to a bar of iron falling on to \ his foot with considerable force. Mr. H. Spitrdle will be incapacitated for seme days. Fortunately no bones were broken, but the foot is considerably brnised.
