CIIRISTCHUIIOH SESSIONS. I By Telegraph.—Press Asseciatitn. [ Christchurch, Monday, j In the Supreme Court, in Nottmann v. Nottmann and Brown, a divorce case, husband's petition, Mr. Justice Denniston gave deferred judgment. He held the petitioner had been accessory to the adultery of respondent with co-re-spondent, and dismissed the petition' with costs. His Honor also gave judg-l incnt on the application of defendant for a new trial in Greenwood v. Hadler, in' which tile jury awarded plaintiff dam-| ages for the death of the brood mare Slaveaway, alleged to have been injured' owing to defendant's negligence. The' jury's verdict was upheld, and judg-j mcnt given for plaintiff for the i mount of the verdict, with costs. i
