THE COMMISSION'S REPORT. By Telejrraph.— Pre.w issociation. Received 7, 12.20 a.m. London, March fi. The Tariff Reform Commission has published an elaborate memorandum, dealing with the Canadian-American agreement. It includes the report of Mr. A. Matthews, of London, market reporter to the Board of Agriculture, who says that free-trade in meat in North America may increase the price in Britain, whilst, if Germany and Austria open their purts to the Argentine, British consumers may sav good-bye to cheap meat for years to come.
