BOXER RISING FEARED
EXTERMINATION OF EUROPEANS AIMED AT. By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Received 3, 5.5 p.m. St. Petersburg, March 4. The anti-foreign agitation at Mukden is growing, and a proclamation has been issued, urging the extermination of Europeans. Advices from Vladivostock state that a Boxer rising is expected. Foreign newspapers in the Far East advise their respective Governments to send troops for the protection of their subjects.
