THE WESTRALIAN LOAN. Received 5, 5.5 n.m. London, March 4. The Westralian loan was fully subscribed. SPINNING MILLS BURNED. Received 5, 5.5 p.m. Lisbon, March 4. Negrello's spinning mills at Santothvrso was burned. The building collapsed, burying a score of people, and ten were killed.
