SYDNEY WHARVES
TRAFFIC CONGESTED. By Cable —Press, Association—Oopvrisrht. Sydney, March 3. Business at some wharves in the harbor is at a standstill owing to acute congestion. One company decided to charge storage, which, however, carters and consignees declined to pay, and in consequence the wharves are loaded to their full capacity. Steamers are waiting to discharge further goods, but are unable to do so.
