A MARRIAGE ANNULLED. By Telegraph.— PreM Awociation. Invercargill, Last Night. At the Supreme Court to-day the marriage, twelve years ago, of Matilda A. Pigeon to Jacob L. Owen, was annulled, Owen at the time having had another wife living, a fact of which the petitioner was not and Respondent may not hav« been aware. SHIP'S BAKER, MISSING. Wellington, Wednesday. During tlie passage of the Rimutaka, frqm Bluff to Wellington last week, th« ship's - baker, named Dunstan, disappeared. The matter was reported to th« authorities last Thursday, when the vessel arrived here, and an inquiry has been held by the Assistant Superintendent of Marine. According to members of the crew, Dunstan was last seen on the night of the ship's arrival in Wellington. He had previously indicated his disinclination to remain with the vessel, and there seems to be considerable doubt as to whether he went over the ship's side while at sea. At present the matter remains a mystery.
