The annual meeting of the New Zealand branch of the British Medical Association opened to-night with an ''at home." given t>y the president, Mr. T. Copeland Savage, and Mrs. Savage, in the Society of Arts Building. The Mayor of Auckland welcomed the delegates, and Mr. Savage delivered an interesting address. He urged the importance of sanitation from a public health point of view, ni'.d urged thorough equipment of huge hospitals.
