AN UNCHARTED ROCK. Received 1, 12.50 a.m. Sydney, February 28. The capfain of the steamer Providence has reported to the Navigation Department that on the voyage from Newcastle to Suva, on .lamiary 20, lie sighted a patch of discolored water which he believes to be an uncharted bank. Its position is latitude south 21deg. 31min, and longitude cast ITfideg. Sfimin.
