In the House of Commons, Mr. Asquith replying to questions, said that the Imperial Conference between Governments, it would be contrary to precedent to invite leaders of Opposition, Labor, and Nationalist parties .to attend its initial ceremonies. He added that the Conference itself would decide whether to admit the Tress to the non-confidential discussions.
