ARRESTED FOR FRAUD. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Loudon, February 27. As a sequel to the allegation that a lady, while looking into a shop at Edinburgh, was assaulted and robbed of a pearl necklace worth £7OOO, Lieutenant C. Aylmer Cameron, 57th Battery Royal Field Artillery, stationed at Piershall Barracks, Edinburgh, and his wife have been arrested on a charge of endeavouring to obtain insurance money by misrepresentation. The police were unable to obtain evidence of the assault, and the missing necklace was insured. HEAVY BAIL. Received 28, 9.20 p.m. London, February 28. The Camerons have been bailed out, in sureties of £SOO each.
