BLAZE AT PALMEBSTON. By Telegraph.— Press Association. Palmerston N., Friday. A five-roomed house, with shop attached, in Main street, occupied by Mrs. McCarthy and owned by Mr. Hirsch, was totally destroyed by Are this afternoon. The house was insured for £3OO in the New Zealand Office, but there was no insurance on the eontents.
