AUSTRIAN NAVY ESTIMATES
DISARMAMENT ADVOCATED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright, Received 20, 10.30 p.m. Vienna, February 20. The Austrian Delegation agreed to the army and navy estimates, and decided to present a resolution to the Government, asking them to make serious efforts on behalf of general disarmament and the development of the Hague arbitration principle. A Socialist motion in favor of negotiating with Italy for the retraction of armaments was rejected.
