COLLIERY DISASTERS
ASSOCIATED WITH EARTHQUAKES. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 19, 5.5 p.m. Ottawa, February 18. Napier Dentison, of the British Columbia Meteorological Department, announces that as a result of his investigations in relation to colliery disasters and earthquakes, he finds that 48 per cent occurred a few hours before or after earthquakes.
