Merchants at Kharbin have petitioned the Government for six months' extension of bills of exchange. OUTBREAK ON RUSSO-KOREAN FRONTIER. CHINESE EXPELLED FROM RUSSIAN TOWNS. Received 15, 10.30 p.m. St. Petersburg, February 15. Seven tliousanu bodies were cremated at Futiaticn. Others were disinterred and cremated. Two thousand live hundred died at Ywangchcngtse. Outbreaks ar,c reported on the RussoKorean border. Four thousand Chinese employees have been expelled from Vladivostock, Nikolsk, and Khabarovsk.
