PRINCE HENRY'S SPEECH

The Xorddeutsche publishes a version of Prince Henry's speech, and reports him as saying in reference to the coming elections: "We have an opportunity, whatever our other differences of opinion may be. to prove our loyalty to the Crown and our will to uphold the State." Admiral Yon Tirpilz, speaking on the naval debate in the Reichstag, declared that the fleet was never built for offensive purposes. Herr Ledcbour said that he hoped the Government would censure Prince Henry for Ins speech. Admiral Yon Tirpitz replied that there was nothing in the speech which should have been left unsaid.
