THE LATEST KAIAPOI SENSATION. I Christchurdi, February S. | The latest rumor at Kaiapoi is that a live lord has been discovered in the locality with a connection with the j Scottish Royal House of Stuart, the in-' dividual referred to having been known' as Stewart hitherto. The story goesj that he is possessed of a lordly suit and jewelled sword and coat of arms, all of which have been lying in pawn for' many years. It has cost over £IOOO to' find his whereabouts, and if his claim to an earldom in Scotland is substantiated he inherits between £14,000 and £15,000 from the ducal states of his ancestors.
