Mr. Jose, Australian correspondent of the Times, explains that there has been a misconstruction of the cabled reference to what he wrote regarding the caucus. What he said was that the ■Minister had been subject to attack from the caucus, not that the caucus would order Mr. Fisher to make ministerial changes.
