THE LAKE COLERIDGE SCHEME. By Telegraph.—Press AMOCtatfcra. ' Wellington, Last Night. The Hon. It. MacKenu'e says that worJc on the Lake Coleridge hydro-electric power scheme will soon begin on the construction of the Luke Coleridge power station, as the survey work is practically completed. The Minister has waived the guarantees of supplies to be secured from Lake Coleridge, being satisfied from the demand already assured that th« prospects are all right.
