THE ANTARCTIC EXPEDITION*. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Japanese Polar expedition to-day completed arrangements' regarding victualling, etc., and the Kainan, Maiu, which has been attracting a good deal of attention during h«r stay, will leave for the ice at 10 o'clock to-morrow morning. To-day (.he ship was paid an official visit by members of the Harbor Board.
