NATIONAL LEAGUE MATCH. By Gable—Press Association—Copyright. Wellington, Yesterday. Bugler J. W. Morgan, of Onehunga High School Cadets, and Bugler R. Down, JJfttmevirke Cadets, who had tied each with the possuue pumber of points for the National League's championship belt, fired off the tie at Trentham yesterday, Down winning with a score of 42 against Morgan's 40. The shoot was ten shots at 200 yards. WARDS v. KAPONGA RIFLE CLUB. The Guards took a ten-men team to shoot Kaponga yesterday. On their return last night they reported having been most hospitably entertained bv the lady friends of members of the homo team, who provided refreshments on the range. The result was a win for Kaponga by three points. The individual scores were as follow: GUARRS.
