Tin.—On the spot, £lßl 5s j three months, £lßl. Owing to bear pressure and! poor support of the chief bulls, sellers in Eastern markets have given way. NAPIER WOOL SALES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Napier, Last Night. The fourth and last of this season's Napier wool sales was held here this afternoon. Bidding was animated. Taking into consideration the quality of the wool offering, which was inferior to that of last sale, prices were well maintained. The wool catalogued was mainly small parcels, and to some extent hack-coun-try lots. Competition was keen for crossbred from Ry + d to fl'/.d, while first pieces me! with good demand at an average of about 7d, The top price for halfbred was 10y ( d. A few lots were passed in. The sale was regarded as most satisfactory.
