Speaking in the House of Commons, Mr. Asquith announced his intention to move for the appropriation of the whole time of the House for Government business on Wednesday.
He introduces the Parliament Bill on Thursday. Replying to questions, the Ministers stated that Australia had given notice of her intention to make her objection to certain articles in the Declaration of London' a subject for the Imperial Conference; and also to raise the question of immigration.

The Daily News, commenting on Mr. McKenna's reply to Mr. Robert Harcourt, that he did not expect Germany to have •21 Dreadnoughts in 1913, .says there must be no repetition of the Admiralty blunders of March, 1909.
The new demands for the navy must be resisted. Their purpose can only be aggressive, and the effect will be to cripple social reform.
