STATEMENT BY A SCOTCH COMMISSIONER.

Mr. Greig, a member of the Scottish Commission which recently toured Australia, interviewed, said that ten times as much land in Australia could be devoted to wheat growing as was used at present and tilled, without seriously affecting sheep farming. Australia was on the top of a great wave of prosperity and enormous profits.
