Deelcy, the crack Auckland horseman, will ride Mendip in the Egmont Cup, and is surs to run well forward. Lcolantcr came up from Palmerslon on Monday. A. Olliver has been engaged to ride Leolanter and R-owbells. T. Quinlivan brought Winning Post, Parable, Esmeli, and Montiform from Hastings at the beginning of the week. The quartette is looking well. In the absence of Young, who is at ftisborne, Fletcher will ride Mr. Attwood's horses at the Tlawcra meeting.
