A LICENSING PROBLEM
A CASE FOR THE COURTS. By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright. Received 7, 9.10 p.m. Sydney, February 7. The Licensed Victuallers' Association intends to test the question as to whether certain lintels in electorates which carried reduction in 1907, but which reversed the decision last election day by a vote for the continuance of all existing licenses, must be closed. The Association, fortified by a legal opinion, claims that last vote nullified the 1907 vote.
