Received 6, 0.15 p.m. Mexico City, February C. • The insurrectionists, by digging a ditch across the line, wrecked a train containing Federal troops, ten miles south of Jaurez. Many soldiers were killed and wounded. Stiff fighting followed, but the Federalists succeeded in ecaping from the trap. Their rear was fired on as they withdrew. The biggest battle since the revolution smarted is imminent.
