RECRUITS PLENTIFUL. By Cable —Pire»s Association —Copyright. Melbourne, February 4. Mr. Tearce proposes to ask the Admiralty for the temporary use of the cruiser Pvsche as a training ship for the Australian navy. He has also asked the Admiralty to recommend an officer to act as director of the Naval College. Recruits for the service are coming in well.
