RESULT OF INQUIRY. By Cable—Press Association— Copyright. Capetown, February 3. The certificates of the officers of the Aotea have been returned with the exception of that of the captain. The decision is delayed pending an inquiry into the captain's statement that the occulting light on the breakwater was Improperly screened.
