A RUSSIAN SHOOTS THE GOVERNOR. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Teheran, February 1. Ail ex-chicf of police shot the Governor of Ispahan and his nephew. The nephew was mortally wounded, while the conditio# of the Governor is critical. The murderer took refuge in the Russian Consulate, and his surrender to the authorities was refused. The assassin is a Russian.
