ARRIVING AT A SETTLEMENT. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Received 2, 9.15 p.m. Brussels, February 2. M. de Lantsheere, Minister of Justice, in the Chamber of Representatives, announced a compromise regarding the late King Leopold's patrimony, whereby all the Crown foundation securities would revert to the State, the latter as assignee to the Nicdcrfiillbach or Coburg foundation of £55,000. He added that the Government has now only Princess Louise to deal with. The Minister emphasised King Albert's generosity in relinquishing in favor of Belgium his rights to the Niederfullbach foundation.
