POSTAL OFFICERS GRUMBLE

The Postal and Telegraph employees are preparing an ultimatum for the Postmaster-General regarding many grievances. They complain that the Public Service Commissioners' recent report was not according to facts. The men's attitude seems to indicate that a strike is not far distant, unless some radical changes are made.
