In the Bcron case, Eva Flittennan, described as the lover of Morrison, the accused, withdrew her testimony that she had seen him wearing a five-pound piece, saying that what she saw looked like a shilling. The magistrate is considering whether or not to commit her for perjury.
Layman, a cabman, testified that he drove Morrison and another man from the corner of Sidney street to Clapham.
