Gihnour and Clarke report the sale of Mr. Routley's farm of 208 acres with stock to Mr. Gower, Mrs. Lennon's property in Lemon street to Mr. Cbing, from the Hawcra district, Mr. Metcalfe's property at Okato to Mr. Flyger and Mr. Flyger's property at the Crura Downs to Mr. Metcalfe, and Mr. Rae's two dwellings to Mr. Allum. Buyers and sellers should communicate with them, as they have several bargains offering.

A special window display of fancy 'art needlework goods is being made by the Melbourne in their Liardet street frontage. Many of the articles have transfer designs partly worked, so that anybody may see at a glance how to complete the design.
