OUTBREAK IN NAPIER. By Telegraph. —Press Association. Napier, Saturday. There were all the elements of a big blaze in the centre of the town lasv night, a Arc starting in a plumbing company's premises next the Sity Buffet, Emerson street. Delay in giving the alarm nt the fire station was responsible for the late appearance of the brigade, and the structure was a mass oi flames when the water was turned on. By splendid work, however, the brigade soon got the upper hand, but the workshop was gutted. The insurances were: On the building, £l5O in the Norwich Union; on the contents, £l2O in the North British Office.
